For our mortgage advice services, we will charge a fee of between 0% and 2% of the mortgage advance. A fee of 0% on a mortgage of £100,000 would mean a fee of £0.00 and for 2% the fee would be £2,000.00.
Once we have sufficient information to determine your fee, we will confirm this to you in writing. The fee is subject to a maximum of £4,995.00.
The factors which will determine where in the range the fee will be is based on credit profile, employment/income status and complexity.
