For our mortgage advice services, we will charge a fee of between 0% and 1% of the mortgage advance. A fee of 0% on a mortgage of £100,000.00 would mean a fee of £0.00 and for 1% the fee would be £1,000.00. Once we have sufficient information to determine your fee, we will confirm this to you in writing. The fee is subject to a maximum of £2,000.00. The factors which will determine where in the range the fee will be is based on credit profile, employment/income status and complexity.

You need to pay the mortgage administration fee when you get your mortgage offer. The mortgage administration fee becomes payable once the mortgage offer is issued, although this is usually paid on completion.
